This apartment has 180 degree views over the iconic Bondi Beach which anyone from Sydney knows is a prime location. The beauty of the space is from inside you can see everything happening outside. From the street this additional level designed by MHNDU architects on top of an old heritage arts and crafts apartment block can’t be seen at all. A large three bedroom apartment with an optional fourth bedroom or study was designed to be a retreat from the hustle and bustle of Bondi below whilst being in the thick of it. A combination of a relaxed coastal vibe mixed with an urban edge was the aim.
